Transportation costs
The transport costs are calculated separately.
Depending on the type of artwork and the location. We discuss this separately when purchasing and renting.
> Collection from the Amsterdam studio is always possible, free of charge of course. Please contact us for this.
Framing
– I regularly have art framed. Please feel free to contact us for specific wishes.
– Wall sculptures do not require a frame and have their own hanging system. They are ready to hang.
– Works of art on paper are sometimes with and sometimes without a frame, it is clearly stated.
Delivery time
– ART from the website: in the Netherlands within 2 weeks
If it still needs to be framed, 4 weeks
– ART from the studio: take it immediately
Or have it delivered by appointment
– FRAMING: 3 weeks
– GIFTS: in stock approx. 3 working days
Right of return
With internet purchases, the legal right to return is 14 days after purchase. Money will be refunded as soon as the artwork is returned and without damage.
1 week on sight, service
A work can be viewed from the studio for 7 days before a decision is made.
Pay
> Via iDEAL, PayPal and manual transfer
> The invoice incl. VAT will be sent by email
> The artwork will be delivered after receipt of payment
> Payment in parts is negotiable
Damage
If damage occurs during the right of return period or the week of inspection, for whatever reason, the work can no longer be taken back. The total amount must then be paid immediately.
During transport, the responsibility lies with the person who provides the transport. Any damage will be recovered from the party in question.
